Cloud Compute Quota

On the cloud compute platform, the current Quota limit for brand new customers is 10 virtual machines (max 500 GB Memory).

To request for more quota, you will need to have qualified by doing the following:

  • Account owner has 2 months of successful billing outside of any credit given

For customers who have met this criteria you will need to raise a ticket via support with request of a Quota increase, explaining how much and intended use. Our billing team will then refer back to request additional justification or successfully enable Quota increase and update you via the ticket.
