This article will help you understand the Value Added Taxes (VAT).
In order to comply with current laws and codes, VPS.net is required to charge VAT (Value Added Taxes) to all non-business clients living in the European Union (EU). All taxes collected are paid to the relevant national tax authority.
All non-business clients in the EU have to pay VAT. If you are a business you must provide us with a valid VAT number to avoid the charges. You can send us your VAT number by:
Contact
VAT costs are calculated as a percentage of the total price of the product or service purchased. The percentage is determined by each individual country within the EU, but all charges are currently between 17% and 27%. If your billing address is in the EU, the cost of VAT will be added to your statement and billed as a tax when purchasing any service. VPS.net website prices do not include VAT.
